1. Accepting these terms
By using PinCoup you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What PinCoup is
PinCoup is a community site for sharing discounts. It collects coupons, promo codes, and product deals from retailer and affiliate network feeds, lets people save them to public boards, follow each other, and post their own pins. We are not a store. We do not sell anything, we do not process payments, and we do not ship goods.
3. We are not a party to your purchase
When you follow a link from PinCoup to a retailer, your transaction is entirely between you and that retailer. Their terms, their prices, their shipping policy, and their refund policy apply. Questions about an order, a refund, or a return must go to the retailer, not to us.
4. Accuracy of offers
Offers come from automated feeds and may be inaccurate, expired, or restricted to certain customers or regions. We make no promise that any coupon will work or that any price is current. Verify everything at checkout.
5. Your account
You need an account to save pins, keep boards, follow people, or post. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us a real email address so we can reach you about the account itself.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings page. Deleting it removes your profile, your boards, the pins you posted, and your saved pins, and it cannot be undone. Deals that came from the feed stay on PinCoup for everyone else.
6. What you post
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store it, display it on PinCoup, and show it in previews of the site, for as long as you keep it posted. Delete it and that licence ends, apart from copies already made in ordinary backups.
Only post what you have the right to post. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, or designed to defraud. Do not post fake discounts, dead codes you know are dead, malware, or links whose real destination is not what you say it is. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not use the site to run affiliate spam.
7. Moderation
What you post goes live straight away. We review afterwards, not before. We may remove any content, hide any board, suspend an account, or delete an account that breaks these terms or creates a risk for other people using the site. Where it is reasonable we will tell you why, but we may act first when the content is clearly abusive. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look again.
8. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, mirror, or bulk copy the site. Do not attempt to interfere with the service or access it in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
9. Intellectual property
Product images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification purposes. Store videos, page layout, and site code belong to us. If you own content shown here and want it removed, write to us and we will act promptly.
10. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including any loss connected to a purchase you made at a retailer after following a link from PinCoup.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
