What we can help with

• A coupon or price is wrong. Send the link. Feeds go stale and we would rather fix it than leave a dead code up.
• Image or trademark takedown. Tell us which page and which asset, and we will remove it promptly.
• Something a member posted. Tell us the pin or the board and what is wrong with it. A person will look at it.
• Your account. Trouble signing in, or an account you think was suspended by mistake. You can delete your own account from your settings without asking us.
• Privacy requests. Access, correction, or deletion of your data.
• Advertising and partnerships.

What we cannot help with

We are not a store. We cannot look up your order, change it, cancel it, or refund it. If you bought something after clicking a link here, the retailer holds your order and only the retailer can help. Their customer service will be much faster than we could ever be.
